Claric is a tailored service combining software, hardware, consulting, and training to improve your organization. We do this by analyzing your current state and applying our framework inspired by ITIL 4 and our decades of experience in the IT field.

 

There are many ITIL-inspired solutions available. However, these solutions are often not completely tailored to you but rather require you to fit within their framework. With Claric we strive to make our solution fit your organization’s needs and not the other way around.

After we’ve determined the scope of the CMDB we start with asking you for a general list of all the assets. We can also automize part of this scan performed by one of our monitors that can be placed in  your network.

We install a small computer within your network that scans for the status of new and existing devices. We can then automate tickets about changes within your managed network. This monitor is highly secure and isn’t approachable by third parties. 

Simply put, no. We do however recommend a simple training to ensure proper use and higher adaptability within your organization to optimize Claric’s benefits.

We offer custom consulting and development to integrate all your existing systems with Claric. We can integrate most applications with Claric.

There are many ITSM applications that either work straight out of the box but have no customizability or there are those that have no functionality at all without tons of custom development. We try to offer a affordable solution for organizations who want a ITSM that fits their specific needs without the need of exorbitant development costs.

We offer a simple end-user training about how to use the portal, an administrator training about the more in depth functionality of Claric and we offer a management portal training about how to use the management portal.

We currently have 2 offices in both the Netherlands as Aruba from which we can operate around the world

Our app is currently in development and initially will offer a mobile end-user portal with the posibility to scan physical assets to easily create new tickets.

Our Mission

Our mission is to give every organization insight in their IT atmosphere. Thereby, increasing productivity, profitability and Clarity within that organization. 

We are constantly listening to feedback and developing new functionalities and API’s to be able to service any organization that has IT equipment and wants to use Claric. We believe transparancy on every level of the organization is key which is why we are creating a roadmap to constantly track development and future updates for Claric.
